Legal counsellor’s office, Miłosz Wolański

      A legal counsellor. Runs his own office in the framework of Lex Corpora. He conducts cases concerning commercial law, particularly concentrating on the law of commercial companies, the law of public orders, insolvency and improvement law, as well as labour law and social security law.
      Miłosz Wolański is registered as a candidate for an official receiver on the list of District Court in Gliwice and District Court in Katowice.
      He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. He finished his legal training as a public prosecutor and passed an exam for a public prosecutor in 1999. In 2002 he passed a legal counsellor’s exam and was registered on the list of Legal Counsellors of Katowice District. From 1999 to 2001 he worked as the head of the department of Social Security and then as a deputy director of Chorzów branch of the Social Insurance Institution. Additionally, he is a court supervisor and an official receiver in many insolvency cases.

      He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia.
He finished his legal training as a barrister and in 1998 was registered on the list of Katowice District Bar.
